Internal software tools

The software tools that connect to Google services (for example through the Gmail API) are private tools operated by Michael Vary for his own accounts. They are not offered to the public, carry no service commitment, and may change or stop at any time. If access is ever extended to another person, that person uses the tools at their own discretion and may revoke the tools' access from their Google account at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a rate that affects other visitors, or use any form on it to send unsolicited messages.

Privacy

How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and the tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Michael Vary is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the tools.
